Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) is an American symphonic and progressive rock outfit formed in 1993 by composer and producer Paul O’Neill. It is made up of an amazing team featuring Paul alongside Robert Kinkel, Al Pitrelli and John Oliva and a vast group of touring artistes, the performers of whom have changed many times over the years. They are signed to Atlantic and they released their first album titled “Christmas Eve and Other Stories” in 1996. The album hit #53 in the charts back then, and even though it did not make it to the dizzy heights of the “Top 10”, it is now certified triple platinum and considered a classic record. Going on to release an additional four more records, they went on to find success and their final effort “Night Castle” even broke hard into that highly-coveted “Top 10” at #5. This year, they return to their fans with numerous live shows.
